The Hickory Street Apartments were completely stripped back to the original masonry walls and wood roof trusses and rebuilt back all new.

For our residential homes and duplexes, we have no reports on file stating lead is present. Most of our single-family homes have been substantially remodeled. In the process most, if not all, original surfaces that might have a coat of lead-based paint were covered and sealed.
