Applicant’ Affirmation – All the information provided on pages one and two of this application is true. I understand that this application will be made a part of any lease I might be offered. I further understand that providing false information on this application is good cause for immediate eviction if the property is leased to me. I further understand that failure to fill out the application completely is grounds for it being denied. Further I authorize you to do a credit check and background check on me and all members of my household. I affirm that an agree that if I have a history of late payments, evictions judgments or criminal arrests for violent crimes or damage to property, which I have not explained in an attached written addendum, that these are proper and fair grounds for denying my application. Even if explained a consistent pattern of such behavior may still be grounds for denial.

I (we) understand that a non-refundable $50.00 application fee is required and that my application is incomplete if not accompanied with the fee. Applicant must sign and date. Please MAKE CHECK OUR TO - RDI. One fee of $50.00 is sufficient for applicants totaling to a group of three. A second fee of $50.00 is needed for more than three.
